Lemons originate from India, then spreading globally to temperate and tropical regions of the world. For optimal benefit drink lemon water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If you are less than 150 lbs- use ½ lemon squeezed into a glass of purified water and drink twice a day. If you are over 150 lbs squeeze the juice of a whole lemon into a glass of purified water and drink twice a day.
